does dphie improve because they have a house?

ASA has great girls that lots of people liked. The only reason they cut ASA was because they don't have a house. Being unhoused is a huge disadvantage that hopefully, DPhiE can overcome. It will strengthen the entire system as each house gets stronger.

A house doesn’t make the sisterhood. The girls in it do. And they’re still the same girls from last year. Last year they only had a pledge class of 11 girls... having a house will help them though getting more girls, but it’s sad that the same girls that dismissed them last year will want to join them this year simply because they have a house.. it’s funny how this system works. But I wish them the best and hope they get nice, silly, fun girls in their next PC and not girls that just wanted a house.

Yes it will help them a lot. It’s a huge gain for DphiE because now PNMs who in the past wouldn’t consider them because they didn’t have a house are now considering them. There recent PCs have helped them grow too. It may not be top tier but I see this house really growing a lot in the next year or two. They just need PNMs who can look past the bs Tier system and help them grow. Sorority’s are what members put into it.

Yes because having a house means a lot on this campus. Let’s be real being unhoused on this campus is really hard.
