Troll. Coming from a Rho Gam here Pi Phi was dropped by ONE person after 22 party and had return rates in the 90s for the rest of the rounds. There is also no way to know a sororities return rate for their bid list unless you're in that sorority. Did every sorority have tough cuts because of the 2 party system? Yeah, but based off of their past return rates for 2018 recruitment there's no chance this is true.
