i already got a snap bid so does that mean i can’t get a real bid?

You have not gotten a snap bid. Please stop trying to stir up trouble and upset the girls who are sad right now. Snap bids don't even go out UNTIL after all the PMNs have ranked their chapters and parties are still going on.

It's 100% impossible to receive a snap bid before bid matching is complete. And at this point, the likelihood of snaps happening then is very low. You are a troll. Go away.

You did not. If you think you did, you are mistaken. A girl telling you she loved you at pref and that you're definitely getting a bid isn't getting a snap bid, it's just a rush violation.

You have your terms mixed up? Maybe a chapter promised you would be on their bid list? That is bid promising, and is against the rules.
