You have to believe me when I tell you the Tiers don’t matter. Most girls going through Rushcould fit in a variety of sororitys. For Whatever reason they get cut from some, and End up with others that they don’t like. Most girls are in the same boat. Cool girls and some weird girls are in every sorority. With more than 100 girls in a sorority, you’re going to find a group that you connect with. Trust me. Stop thinking about where a sorority ranks.

Focus on how YOU feel. One of the reasons IU has such a focus on tiers is because the frats have too much control over pairings.
If you connect with these girls, see them as potential sisters, friends, bridesmaids, etc., run with it. This is about what you want in a sorority. Follow your heart.
