snap bids

Snap bids are done after bid matching and prior to bid day. Most people never even know snaps have been offered. DO NOT COUNT ON SNAP BIDS. They are only offered when a chapter misses quota. Last year a couple of chapters offered 1 or 2 snaps, they usually go to women who either signed up for recruitment but for some reason did not attend OR women who attended 9 party at a chapter and for whatever reason did not finish the process. If you did not get invited back to 9 party you are NOT going to be offered a snap bid from a chapter should they need them.

Last year was the exception not the rule, usually there are fewer than 10 snap bids offered a year. So don't even worry about it. Just concentrate on finishing recruitment.
