Not all cheerleaders are cute (someone has to base the stunts). Also, it's called the freshman 15. Wanna know what happens to gymnasts/cheerleaders who quit the sport?

Not true. Each house needs all their girls to rush, due to so many girls coming through. Most houses do have girls with different jobs during the day, and they also have advisors and Panhellenic reps there. Hiding girls does not happen. You can't possibly see one specific person in a house full of girls and pnms that are spread out in different rooms. Not possible. You could suggest every house does that, but it's not true.

To the person mentioning the cheerleader - you do realize she could be a rho gam, or on the “behind the scenes” Recruitment team which handles stuff like bringing out food/drinks in between rounds, or cleaning, or the tech side of making sure girls are properly scored? I can almost guarantee you that girl has some other role with this process that maybe doesn’t have her recruiting. Hopefully you didn’t like APhi and ranked just off of your assumption alone, because that’s ridiculous.

I am the person who posted, and I know she is not a Rho Gam. Saw her finals week in letters and she said she'd see me at recruitment. She wouldn't say she'd see me if she knew she was serving drinks or working behind the scenes. Her brother is a good friend of mine and indicated she was not all that happy about not rushing people. I am not stupid, trust me. She was being hidden.
I ranked them in the bottom because I felt like I was watching Mean Girls the live show. I'd rather be in a house where we genuinely get along and maybe aren't as cool as other chapters.

That is true, a cheerleader from my high school is definitely in Alpha Phi. I know her, I have seen her in letters, know she had to come back for recruitment. I have yet to see her during recruitment. I asked her brother where she's been and he said she doesn't get to rush anyone. How crappy is that. I put them in my bottom group this ranking. That's just plain mean.
