If you disaffiliate from one fraternity, how easy is it to rush again?

If you drop as a pledge then its not a big deal at all and its the same as rushing the first time. If you for some reason leave after being initiated then I don't know of any houses that will allow/want you to join

I think you can technically get entirely disaffiliated from your original chapter and get written permission from both the national organization you are leaving and joining, but it's very difficult and pretty unlikely.

It would be very unlikely that another house will allow you to join if you have been initiated into another fraternity
