fraternity men be honest

by:

Tell the truth guys, if you saw a girl in one of your classes who you thought was attractive and had the kind of personality you like , would you ask her out if you found out she was not in a "top" house? I had a guy sit next to me in every accounting class for a month and he was flirting nonstop and complimenting me....until I wore my letters one day. After that, he never sat by me again and doesn't even look at me. I'm in a lower middle tier house and he is in a "top tier" house. Not to brag but I think I'm a reasonably attractive person. I was homecoming queen in high school and I got "best personality" in my yearbook. I've kind of lost faith in people because of this. Would you do that? If so, why? Be honest.

I think it has more to do with wanting to hang with people you will actually see at pairs and parties and stuff. It seems like people don’t have time to “date” cause everyone is busy with school and their frats so it’s easiest for us.

Welcome to Greek where guys have an overly inflated sense of worth. Unfortunately you just have to let it go. He doesn’t have to explain anything. There are decent guys out there. Keep looking. I’m just starting to believe they won’t be Greek.

Also if you’re like a freshman or sophomore most people get less shallow as upperclassmen

lower middle tier I'd def ask her out. if it was the bottom two houses probably not. If I found out she was in a top tier house honestly I'd be intimidated and get nervous and probably would not end up asking her out - funny but true
