I graduated in 1990 and these were the rankings back then, some don't even exist now and I know there are new houses that have popped up since then. BTW, these don't mean anything in real life. I haven't been asked what house I was in since I graduated so it doesn't mean ANYTHING. This is just for fun to compare then to now:

that's what my parent's say and a lot of other adults.
They told me it's good I was able to join the greek system because it builds a lot of connections even if the person isn't the same chapter as you.

As a manager, it can help to see their fraternity/sorority mentioned on a resume but if the experience is not there, they won't get in the door. If I come across someone who happens to be in the same fraternity at another school, it give us a few minutes of conversation before we move on to real topics. I would be concerned if an adult is constantly talking about greek-life though; that's a bit strange.
