Apparently Pike's on probation until the end of the semester, looks like Skulls is getting Snu's house

SNus nationals could decide to leave the house open until Spring if Pike is the only one offering the kind of $ they want.

Any group who wants to fill the house spring semester will have to find a lot of guys who can break their dorm/apartment leases. It could be more expensive than they think, it might not happen.

Thing about Skulls is they have an off campus house with 40+ guys in it. So in theory there could just be a swap between Snu and Skulls.
