So my question is, what fraternities/sororities are even relatively in the running for this house? Who has the numbers to fill it?

Pike, Skulls, Alpha Sig. No other unhoused frat has nearly enough guys excluding Sammy but no one in their right mind would lease a house to them

Nationally, ASA is unhoused so they will not run for it. Pike does have numbers and great national support but they may still have a mark on their name for lying about their numbers a few years back

Asa is not nationally unhoused, our nationals doesn’t want us to have a house HERE. We have houses at ISU and USI

DPhiE has hella members, what about them

One of my friends is in DPhiE and they have been pushing really hard for a house the last few years and made really good progress with Sammy’s house until TKE offered more money on top of renovations not being necessary with them. I wouldn’t count them out tbh

Pilam has the highest grades and numbers of the unhoused I think, maybe pike has more members but it’ll be between them two
