Nationally, ASA is unhoused so they will not run for it. Pike does have numbers and great national support but they may still have a mark on their name for lying about their numbers a few years back

The want to put a massive addition on. In order to afford that, they would have to lease.

Thats not much of an accomplishment. I'd rather be permanently catheterized than join either of those fraternities.

One of my friends is in DPhiE and they have been pushing really hard for a house the last few years and made really good progress with Sammy’s house until TKE offered more money on top of renovations not being necessary with them. I wouldn’t count them out tbh
