If you have a house to lease and you can choose between frat boys who will tear it up or sorority girls who will actually keep it clean, you pick the girls. The housing corps know they will get the house back in 3-5 years better than when they left it.

SK still has two years on their lease. Probably one of the larger unhoused frats Pike, Skulls, Alpha sig, etc. My friends in Alpha sig said their nationals are willing to back them, no clue about any other frats.
