any fraternities recruit out of highschool?

I heard FIJI recruits a few freshmen in the fall and the rest are guys that know brothers on the house. I'm from out of state so I don't know anybody. Any houses that do this that I should know about?

Figi at IU is basically an Indiana house. Unless you know guys then no chance especially if you're out of state

Fijis new pc is repping 10 different states is what I heard so

FIJI is actually way overrated. There is absolutely no reason why they should be considered "top tier".
