minorities in upper tier houses

Going to be a freshman next year at IU and I heard there are barely any minorities in upper tier fraternities. I know if you're a chill dude but doesn't matter but how big of a factor is race during the rush process.

You'll be fine, greek life and indiana (not necessarily iu though) is pretty whitewashed. But I know a few guys of every shade in every house.
