No they don't. They don't even know who is signed up for recruitment until the PNMs show up back to campus in January. This is not the SEC, seriously.

some sororities, such as tridelt (RIP) and aphi already know exactly who they want before recruitment starts. Idk for sure about any of the other top tier houses, but I'm sure they have an idea of who they want. All houses rant PNM's before recruitment starts.

Then why where snap bids given out to many of the TOP houses!? No house knows who they will get yet.

No, they don't know who they'll get, but they know who they want. They have lists. I have seen them.
