3RD STREET HOUSES SUCK....JORDAN HOUSES ARE WAY BETTER.

Lambda has been throwing down hard af this semester. Crazy darty's every weekend on the court with girls from top houses coming through. They've also got a concert with Chi O and DZ this Thursday at AEPi

The soriorities will continue to be some of the best on campus (we miss you tri-delt), the fraternities... not so much. Lambda is definitely on the rise, middle tier for sure. DU I don't know much about, but everyone claims they're middle tier soo not that they're off probation we'll see. Acacia is sinking lower and lower everyday, and Dchi is your typical lower-middle house. No rise, no fall,

Yep everything you said is correct, but if you consider Lambda middle tier, then there should be absolutely no doubt that DU is middle tier now too
