We paired with them last year for little 5 for the first time and it was pretty crazy. From what I've seen they've been doing pretty good

TKE was at the bottom of bottom tier before they got their house. A house doesn't change the guys in the chapter... Still have lots of goobers and they bid literally anyone.

Not sure u want a large pc..seems u would want quality over quantity..prob have to take large pc because all the other brothers move out becasue place sucks..
I prefer quality over quantity..large pc = higher % of goobers
