I've been hearing bad things about Phi Delt and SAE

Un, neither of these houses are on the decline. Phi Delt is upper middle and SAE is middle and neither are going anywhere. Only thing that sets SAE back is not living in their house right now.

Actually phi Delt is in trouble with their nationals, and they have a live in RA from their nationals that doesn't let anything slide, also SAE will be fine once they move in but since they don't have a house to rush kids urban will likely affect their rush process which will unfortunately for them result in a weaker fall pledge class
