Which 3rd street frats worth checking out this fall rush? Also is there a big difference btwn them and nojo fraternities?

Yeah Acacia and DU are worth checking out. Acacia has a really nice house and DU has been killing it so far this year. They are both solid fraternities worth going to. There isn't really a big difference between those and the ones on North Jordan. All the frats are different and similar in their own way. You shouldn't group them based on location.

Acacia is on social probation and at risk of getting kicked off, and DU is not "killing it," people just stand around at their parties and nobody does anything. Acacia is fighting to stay relevant, and DU was never relevant to begin with

3rd street frats suck, all the big parties are on jordan, everybody will tell you the same

Every night at midnight all the girls leave their pairs to go to the parties on jordan, it's literally all the top frats besides sig chi and Fiji. Not trying to disrespect 3rd street, just telling the truth
