A phi and pi phi are definitely interchangeable but both undoubtedly the only top two. Just depends on who you talk to/what they prefer.

A-Phi and PiPhi probably already know who they are taking before recruitment begins. They both only take the cream of the crop girls. I would rank A-Phi a tad bit better than PiPhi.
