Sig Eps are going dry nationally so they probably won't be the one. Definitely DKE, Pi Krapps, or KSigs.

I would agree with that statement. Sig Ep has been closing down quite a few chapters over that last 3 years due to violations of their balance man program.

It's not a big name people care about but probably DKE. They can't seem to stay out of trouble. In terms of on-campus I'd predict pikapps but that's just a gut feeling, no real evidence for it.

That won't stop them from having liquor at their parties, unless they get caught and their IHQ pulls their charter, which I can see that happening.
