If i went to community college and then transferred into IU would there be trouble coming in as a junior when it comes to rushing

If you're a guy, not really. Make sure you pledge in the fall and you can explain that you just transferred to IU. If you're a girl, your best bet is to keep your ears open about any chapters doing fall informal. It won't be widely announced, but there may be 2-6 chapters who will take a few women in the fall.

Yeah I agree with 2 and 3. The thing is, pledging for dudes younger than you would be awkward but I mean once it's over it should be a big deal.
