They both got rejects from top tiers that they accepted because they want to social climb and AGD was giving out snap bids like candy to fill their PC and renovated house. Both of those together gave them PCs that don't fit the chapters personality. Not saying either PC is bad, but definitely make them divided from the rest of the house.

My best friend is in Phi Mus new PC and has told me there's a huge rift in her PC bc half of them are top tier rejects and the other half preffed phi mu. That's gotta be rough for them especially the rejects.
