Just a matter of time before its 'lights out' on Third! Risk mgmt is huge issue these days and NPCs have now seemed to start a trend of 'shut em down' before something truly awful happens. It's happening all over the country.

this couldn't be further from the truth, pi phi is not going down and there is no reason to spread stuff like this except jealousy
