What happened to these guys? When my sister was here a few years ago they were the place to go so what happened to them. Now they pair with like AGD and are apparently not very fun

Don't really throw many crazy parties or have much buzz, but every guy I've ever met in theta chi has been super chill. Great guys

Have you seen their pairs recently? The house used to be mid/upper mid first semester but now they're pairing with low tier sororities on the reg. No mid or upper mid sororities really want to pair with them it's social suicide. Their social chair must really suck because it's a god send to them to get the pairs they used to get
