They have one of the worst unhoused situations. They party in apartments. The guys are alright, I guess. Their options are going to start being limited for pairs next year. Both SK and TPA will be housed and will start to pair up more and more, leaving less available dates open for Pike. If you like your friends in Pike, rush DChi or TKE. The guys are similar and have a better housing situation.

Pike parties in apartments. Unless their housing situation changes soon they'll be off campus in 4 years. Any off campus fraternity that doesn't have a party house will be off as well. More fraternities are going to get kicked off by IU and eventually you will have to have a house to pair.

Pike has paired with these sororities in the past year: ASA, TPA, DphiE, SK, AGD, ADPi.

These sororities will be housed next year: TPA, SK, AGD, ADPi (and possibly) DphiE.

Their future doesn't look too bright

Ok first off:
DPHIE is not housed and will not be housed next semester... the girls have already signed leases on apartments so that's the first thing,second nobody's even putting bids down on tri delt yet and DPHIE does not have the means for it.

Second, TPA is still going to pair with pike. They has a close friendship with these boys and that isn't going to change. They aren't magically going to be top for moving into delts. Sk is not TPA people. They are entirely diff sororities. Sk girls are more into partying and socializing , TPA is way more ivolved in philanthropy and inner sisterhood events. I can assure you having a house won't change that for TPA the girls won't just change. Same girls as before and pike will continue to pair with them as they're very close. Nothing against sk, girls are hot and fun for sure nobody's arguing that, but TPA def has different interests in mind and they are just extremely Dif. (Nothin against DPHIE either)
