Most chapters have some nice girls, meaning genuinely sweet, marrying kind, leaders on campus, who care about their studies. Most also have girls that have low self esteem/morals and focus on parties and getting laid. Go through recruitment and find a house that feels right to you. Within that chapter, you will find your people. You will not be best friends with every single chapter member. But, you should be able to find a group of friends that share your values. The ratio of genuine to mean girls goes up as the tier goes down because those in middle or lower tier houses aren't picking each other exclusively on looks.
