If you want to live in an active, good frat with a chapter house, for two semesters prepare to pay around 10k, give or take a few grand.

If you cannot afford to live in, just live out. You save the large live in costs but can still be in whichever fraternity you like unless they require you to live in but most don't.

^ dues for living out can be around 1k-2k depending on the house.

dues can vary from 600-10k lol. for unhoused your gonna pay around 700 a semester and housed can be more like 5k
