tri delta legal battle

So we all know Tri Delta is going through a legal battle to get their charter back, does anyone have any inside info on that?
I need to know because I was going to rush Tri Delt next year after dropping my sorority but if they don't get it back I might as well just stick with this one I guess lol.
Really though does anyone know if they're getting anywhere?

@ Curious....My advice to you is start looking at other sororities to rush in the Fall. Tri Delta is not coming back no matter what legal actions at being taken.
