Honestly the only people that seem to dislike sammy are other fraternities (aka low tier ones, I don't even think the better frats are concerned about sammy tbh) most top/upper mid sororities pair with Sammy all the time aphi, pi phi, tri delt, kappa..ect. It's because all these houses still have good friends in sammy/good relationships with them which makes them fun. Sammy does have multiple places to party also and usually quad for bigger parties, you just don't hear about it unless you pair with them.

As a sorority woman, I don't like pairing with Sammy. Not because they aren't a good group of guys but because having their parties off campus puts me and my chapter at risk. We can't walk home if we're ready to leave too far away, whereas we used to be able to walk across the street. Also, if someone gets hurt, they don't have liability insurance as a group because parties are in houses. If I or one of my sisters got hurt at their party, there is no house insurance to take care of it if it was a serious injury. I don't mind when they are in a quad and we're at another house, but I hate the off campus locations. Sorry. If they want to keep their social status, they need to get a house.

Kappa would never pair with dchi, especially not for Little 5. That would be social suicide for them. The fact that you would even suggest that as an actual option shows that you're not a member of Greek life at IU. Sammy has solid guys and are fun at quads. There's no reason to be "threatened" by another house unless yours legitimately sucks.
