sororities pairing up

How do sororities pair up? For example since adpi and agd are pairing up with theta chi and snu for little 5 does that mean they will now always pair with middle tier houses?

The only reason that agd is getting to pair with theta chi is because theta chi desperately needed a pair after being droppped by dg. Same thing with adpi and snu after aephi dropped them the night before contracts were due. These pairs don't necessarily change anything.

If all goes well and they make friends in the other houses then they'd start pairing more but it's not an automatic jump.
