best off campus frat?

Before I joined the frat that I am currently in, I spent a decent amount of time with Beta Sig. They are chill guys who do just what you described. Smallish in numbers, but cool guys.

Ive been to both Skulls and Pike. Try either of those can't go wrong with both. I like Pike better, guys are more athletic, and brotherhood seems stronger. They throw really dope parties, not sure if you will be baggin dimes but I know Pike pairs with AGD, ADPi, TPA, SK, ASA. Take that as you will.
