DPhiE didn't get the TriDelt house. At least not yet. It's been what, a week? TriDelt's nationals is going to spend a lot of time making sure they go with the best option for them.

I really have no care either way in this discussion but for the comments that TPA won't get housed pairs.... My confusion is that they have had pairs with housed frats on the bottom tiers. They used to pair with Lambda and Delta Chi and before they had a house TKE and Acacia so who's to say it won't happen again now they're housed? Just saying they have the history.

Ha okay first of all, you obviously do care, and your obviously in TPA otherwise you wouldn't know who they pair with. They probably paired with acacia BEFORE acacia was housed, which is when they were equivalent to skulls. They probably paired with dchi and lamda ONCE when they were brand new on campus, I can assure you they didn't pair more than once. And they don't even pair with TKE anymore so I'm not sure what the point of this comment was

TPA is sweet girls but they will not move up. Neither will DPHIE. Neither are on the rise.... having a house won't change the quality of girls. The fact is, they've been here for over 5 years. It'll take a long time to get them up and running. Sig kappa isn't going to be top tier anytime soon don't get me wrong, but the diff is they were smart in getting a house fast because They won't need to catch up, they were never unhoused. Also girls are entirely different, many are known for being pretty and conceited party girls, which unfortunately will make them "better" bc guys will want to pair with girls who party. This shouldn't be a factor but at IU it is. As for ASA, they will probably stay where they are. Girls are actually pretty for the most part, and these girls are a lot more outgoing than TPA and DPHIE. If they got a house, I think they would have more potential. Overall, unhoused will catch up, but it will take them significant amount of time to break old habits. Wish them the best tho tbh

Agreed with most except the ASA being the best unhoused. Have u seen the DPHIE girls? They're way more lit than all unhoused combined and no I am not a DPHIE haha. Just stating opinion
