I heard a teep talking about how sisters have to pay 3x what they should be paying in order to live in Delts. Their parents are furious with them. Girls still cant get rid of leases.
Ok, the terms of the lease were finalized. But TPA is going to bankrupt themselves living in Delts. I feel bad for the girls who money is an issue and now they're being forced to pay thousands more than what they originally thought they would pay joining the sorority.

The lease is signed and the deposit is paid, so that's not happening...^ya
Get over it and moce on to why peopme shouldn't have the 3D house...this one is gone.

thus are the draw backs of becoming a member of a private group. they can revoke your charter/membership at will (a la tridelt) and raise your dues at will.
