what are these houses like?

May rush at IU next year and I have friends in certain houses. Of course everyone makes their own house sound great but what are these houses really like overall? Nicest girls? Party the most? Best grades? Going through rush with an open mind and gonna consider all houses but was curious about these !

lmfao at dz being the nicest of that group of sororities. that's a load of crap, they're negative and bash a lot of other sororities because they think they're so much cooler and better. chi o, kd, axid, kappa and zeta all have much nicer and kinder girls than dz ever will

I wasn't a fan of DZ from the beginning of recruitment mainly just because they weren't my type of people and I didn't like their house. I got dirty rushed there so hard which is hilarious because I never wanted to go back. Ended up going back up until 9 and when I dropped them, the crazy girls that rushed me followed me on social media- which I thought was cool at first. Then at a party, I saw her across the room and waved and said hey and I got the biggest dirty look ever and she flipped her hair and turned around. Hahahaha sorry I didn't pick your house
