If that's so, wonder what'll happen with ASA.

ASA will survive. They've done really well for not being housed. If ASA gets the house though, I don't think DPhiE will survive. And that will be the end of unhoused sororities, which could very likely mean the end of unhoused frats.

ASA stays unhoused. They've been offered in the past but choose to stay unhoused

Okay, yes ASA has been offered houses in the past but that does not mean they will not move forward with a house in the future. The Delts house was extremely expensive and would take their nationals being 110% on board. Their nationals will likely agree on a house when it is reasonable and easy for the girls to transition from off campus to on campus. This may not have been the case with the Delts house. This may be the case with TriDelt's house.
DPhiE has a very large nationals. If their members have the resources, I'm sure they could pull it off.

Literally you guys should be supporting any chapter trying to make this transition. It literally does not affect you and it would be very cool if all sorority chapters were housed in the future - IF each chapter chooses to be housed.

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. BTW, DPhiE National is no bigger than ASA National. Stop making up lies DPHiE.

Where did you get this from? All it takes is a quick look at wikipedia to know that this is not true.

to @NOPE ASA began by chartering at small women's colleges. They advanced by becoming a established as an educational sorority, chartering at teachers colleges. DPhiE began and grew from large, established universities as one of the first non-sectarian social sororities. While both established full NPC membership in 1951, they continued to grow on different campuses.

So while you state ASA and DPhiE are the same size, they for the most part belong to different types of campuses and thus I believe have differing strengths as far as type of women who are members, financial ability of same members, establishment on campuses with a house vs no housing, etc.

I believe both DPhiE and ASA organizations fully capable of making wise housing decisions for their IU women according to their individual group's abilities, strengths, and purposes.

DPhiE has chapters at more huge and exclusive schools than ASA and has more $ from those chapters and the alumni from their chapters and charters chapters at better schools than ASA.

That is a straight up fact.

This 100% isn't true. It's the same thing that happened with Skulls when people were still trying to get Delts. They went around telling people they got the house WEEKS before anyone even got a tour of the house. This is just them trying to stir up drama. Granted, I think that they have a decent chance to get the house, but they absolutely wouldn't know this early

They have like five members. No way are they getting a house.

ASA will get the house and DPE will be completely gone by the end of next year.

What purpose is served dissing a group that WANTS to be here and whose women are LIVING UP to standards and values TriDelt women wouldn't abide? It's important to recall we have one less sorority now at IU, and there will still be equal or advanced pnm interest in recruitment during 2017-18. Where will all those women be bid? DPhiE is working hard to build and maintain a chapter against tiers some students cling to. It would be all to easy to give up, but their ladies are incredibly strong and courageous and will persevere.
