i don't even go here lmao

by: Miami of Ohio

Hey guys! I don't go here I'm actually from Ohio but I come down for Lil 5 every year! I will be a sophomore and I am a girl who wants to experience the IU frat scene. Is this possible? I'm not involved with Greek life here at Miami but still want to have a good time while I'm there. Last year I just went to below average house parties and have always been more into frats. Please don't be mean, I know this is an annoying question but I just wanna plan ahead :-( thank you in advance for those who reply with serious answers <3

unless you know someone in a sorority or fraternity you wont. The point of Greek life is to party with people who know the sort of "rules" that go along with it to maintain a safer environment.

If you wait til 12 most parties open just walk in like you're from here and you should be fine

DONT DO THIS. Saying you're from a sorority when you're not puts a HUGE liability on that sorority if anything were to happen to you. There's a reason we keep it exclusive and this is why. A sorority could potentially be kicked off campus because YOU could drink too much and they would get in trouble for it.

I don't mean say you're from the sorority--when a party opens you don't have to be

Unfortunately unless you know someone you are probably not going to get into any frats. IU greek life has been planning our Little 5 pairs since last fall. They are a HUGE deal which is why they arent just open to anyone. If you wanted to be a part of the greek scene especially at IU you should have gone here. Theres a trade off
