suggest for tridelt

by: IUgal

So... for the non initiated girls who aren't ready to give up on greek life, why don't they go dphie? Similar situation happened at michigan where theta lost their charter and all the new members went aephi. I believe michigan aephpi at the time is similar to dphie here.

I don't know anyone in tridelt or dphie so not sure if this could work but if it happened at michigan, why not here?

Why? That would be awful for both parties involved. Those are not two groups of people that would get along. It'd be like the Acacia/Phi Psi thing x7000

Thetas at Michigan were quite the cohesive unit, explaining their AEPhi jump. 3D here may not be as unified. Taking the rest of the semester off to study and reflect isn't a bad option for the released 3D new member women. It also gives the rest of campus a chance to let the matter calm down. Fall informal or 2018 formal is a good option for the released 3D NMs.

The biggest reason tri delt is now gone is bc there is no leadership from the older girls. Not only that but tri delt was top 3 and dphie is by far the bottom house. The type of girls who join tri delt and the type of girls who join dphie would not mesh in the slightest. 0% chance anything like this happens
