Are they like an actually fraternity with letters or are they like Apes?

Yeah it's a real fraternity. Actually one of the oldest fraternal organizations in the country. The letters are Phi Kappa Sigma. Apes lost their charter and got kicked off when they were AEPi, Skulls just lost their house and became off-campus 3 years ago.
