1.Beta 2.Sigma Chi 3. Pi Kapps
Replace SAE with Sig Pi
Replace AXiD with Theta
Replace KD with DG or AEPhi

leave sae and axid where they are. this all depends on their pairs. and beta doesn't pair with aphi as much as pi kapps and sig chi do, and aphi is the top house. so you are pretty inaccurate.

Either an Alpha Phi made the list or someone who doesn't know a single APhi, no way they are number one, not even close. With the closing of DDD and the slow painful fall of ZTA, it's time to get real.
