theta phi should switch to tridelts house

theres no way in hell the tri delt house will be rented out to a frat.
maybe a new charter sorority will come to campus now

With all the current bad mouthing re: unhoused sorority chapters, how in the world would ANY self-respecting NPC group want bring-on their group to get in the middle of IU's messy greek life at this time? Also recall the 4 most recent, unhoused soros were brought-on to give more women the chance to join, and still a few of THEM cannot fill to their maximum chosen number of members. Give the whole IU greek life situation time to adjust/regroup/refocus, and then MAYBE another NPC group will want to come here.

I say sk should try to look switch to tri delt and let frats get phi psi. They'll be able to have a house for longer than 2 yrs and quit whining
