3D will not sell their house if they plan to return in 5 years. If they decide to lease it to another Greek Org. it will only be for a short time until 3D returns. Its just like what happened to the Delts now that TPA is going to lease it until Delts return.

Either their chapter owns the house or their EO. Either way, doubtful they would sell it, but instead lease. Tri Delt will recolonize in about 5 years and move back into their house. This happens frequently when a EO pulls a charter. Different situation when the University throws them off. Tri Delt was not on probation with the University, but on probation with their EO.

They will sell the HOUSE! Most likely to the University. It cost way to much to renovate. Is it considered a land mark building in B-town? This gives nationals a reason to unload. When and if they bring back 3D they would purchase a new home.

It's an estimate which gives every student who was on campus when the chapter was pulled a chance to have graduated. It's a way to help curb the gossip and allow the organization to start over.

It is a long enough wait for all of the girls who have been trouble makers to graduate. After 5 years, all of their "traditions" are gone. Nationals can come back in and recruit an entire new crop of women who they feel won't carry on the crap that got them kicked off in the first place.

Most NPCs who pull a charter on important campuses will immediately ask campus admin to become first-in-line for recolonization after their revocation is over. That would mean 3D may be allowed to return to IU after (mumble) years and be first in line to recolonize instead of a 24th NPC group coming here.
