local chapters

by: Gosh

Ok so all of the chapters that rage the hardest are getting kicked off, so why don't they form local chapters? They can get away with a lot more.

Because as a local or underground chapter they will not have liability insurance! That's huge. If someone is hurt at a fraternity event, there is insurance. Without the national organization they wouldn't have the insurance, housing loans, houses, etc.

No national fee means no support like training, leadership consultants, advisory board, etc. IU would not recognize a local therefore the local wouldn't be able to participate in Little 5 or recruitment.
