This is true they violated their probation nearly every night so it's not really a surprise.

Tridelt nationals owns that house but it doesn't make sense financially for them to leave it empty and not lease it out until Tridelt comes back

@S ^ they're not coming back. Their charter was revoked so they won't be allowed back.

Not necessarily true that they will not come back. Revoking the charter closes the chapter for now, but lots of Closed chapters are reestablished after a few years and are rechartered at that time.

So now I understand the reason a 3D neighbor wouldn't allow her daughter to pledge 3D at IU (but she did find another fun home).
