spring frat pcs

Some of these Spring Frat PCs are just god awful. Even Beta and Sig Chi have a good amount of total goobs. Some lower tier frat's fall classes were better than these upper tier springs classes.

The total number of rushes was down a lot this year. Less guys altogether means less cool guys to go around
