spring frat pcs

Some of these Spring Frat PCs are just god awful. Even Beta and Sig Chi have a good amount of total goobs. Some lower tier frat's fall classes were better than these upper tier springs classes.

Beta took some weirder guys and so did ZBT but overall none are too bad.

The total number of rushes was down a lot this year. Less guys altogether means less cool guys to go around

Hard feelings--cut too many times by Sig Pi!! Get over it! Their spring PC is cool--so are the actives.
