Adpi stays on bottom and SK to bottom also. AGD below unhoused as they are bottom of the bottom!

I agree with AGD and SK. But no need to put SDT and ADPi that low.

disagree. AGD and SK had very strong recruitments this year while ADPi and SDT did not
