pike blacklist?

What's with this talk that Pike is blacklisted? I heard they have the money to build a house...

It isn't a blacklist. They have a mark by their name whenever housing comes up because they couldn't get the number of guys they said they could for the ATO house. They could have the money to build a house but IU has also stopped the vetting process for people to buy land so they can build a house.

The ATO house was a numbers deal in regards to the local chapter. The housing thing though is an IU issue if they're trying to build there own house because IU has put a freeze on selling land to fraternities after so many have gotten kicked off.
