delts house goes to a sorority

Despite there being 4 unhoused sororities and 12 unhoused frats its seems yet another sorority will get to move in next year. So unfair for unhoused frats!

If the unhoused frats don't have the numbers, and therefore the $ to afford the expense of a house, that's the way it will go down. You can't expect a frat to get a house if they can't afford it.

Not all about money, it's also about risk. No way a sorority screws up a house, but a fraternity could. So when every organization offers the same amount of money and people to live in, it's always going to go to a sorority.

Nothing's actually official they made a verbal agreement.. Literally pike and dphie both lost the house after making just a verbal agreement
